Our Services

As critical components to your facility, your pressure vessels must continuously work at peak performance. Maintenance, repair and retrofitting require a specific set of processes that average maintenance or turnaround teams do not have. Space within the vessels is confining and requires special safety measures and equipment.

Tower Force is the one team that can keep your vessels and towers at top-notch performance whether you require maintenance, repairs, retrofits, or new vessel installation.

Demister Pad Replacement

Constructability and Pre-planning

Our inspection and assessment capabilities are excellent. Since we can more accurately define the project scope and deliverables, you can set a more realistic time/cost estimate. We coordinate and interface with your engineering/construction companies as well as general and turnaround contractors. We also track costs with frequent updates and assist with logistics.

Maintenance and Inspection

Equipment, like humans, can suffer from strain, stress, age and even neglect. It is critical to your process that your vessels operate at peak performance. Regular maintenance helps prevent upsets, downtime, and accidents. We perform a complete and precise inspection of your units prior to diagnosing possible wear and other problems. Our thorough inspections can help you determine whether to repair or replace equipment. Our maintenance and inspection services also consider outage and downtime implications to save you time and money. Inspections are performed at all applicable stages by CCWI and API 510 qualified personnel.

Repairs, Refurbishing and Retrofits

Repairs to pressure vessels are critical whether you are replacing, modifying, or upgrading existing components. We provide certified installation, pressure testing, on-site stress relieving, and NDE testing all to your exacting specifications and to the requirements integral to your system while meeting or exceeding all codes.

Our services can include complete repairs and retrofits on external pipe flanges as well as vessel internals on even the most complicated designs—down to the smallest nut and bolt. Nothing is overlooked. We are experienced in servicing all types of internals including trays, packings, distributors, accumulators, feed draw arrangements, vessel section replacements, and beams. Precise inspections are provided before and after our services for quality assurance and a smooth start-up.

We also provide some cleaning services including descaling, chemical cleaning, and manual cleaning of vessels upon request.

Pressure Vessel Repair and/or Revamps

All repairs to pressure vessels are critical.
